江旻。清华大学法学硕士，澳大利亚麦考瑞大学环境法博士。澳大利亚维多利亚大学旅游研究中心研究员，旅游与绿色经济科研组负责人。
研究领域包括气候变化应对，环境法与环境政策（水法与水政策），旅游与气候变化，旅游与绿色经济。主持或参与多项气候变化应对与旅游业绿色增长等相关课题的研究其中包括担任澳大利亚国际发展署资助的“太平洋旅游-气候应对项目”主研人负责项目总调度和管理。参与编著的《Green Growth and Travelism: Letters from Leaders》在2012年6月的联合国可持续发展大会（里约峰会）上成功举办新书发布会。在Annals of Tourism Research、Asia Pacific Journal of Tourism Research、International Journal of Tourism Policy、International Journal of Climate Change Impacts and Response、Current Issues in Tourism等国际学术期刊发表论文十余篇，并多次受邀在高端国际学术会议上发表主题演讲。
